Many ways to get users for your projects

Many ways to get users for your projects
My last report of my portfolio https://albert.do

Recently, I've been working on a closed source project, and I've been evaluating how I'm going to bring in users if all I have is a few screenshots of the product and a lot of text.

With the experience that I already have in open source, I have been looking at various alternatives to make a bit of noise and reach a certain amount of public, I am not speaking from the perspective of someone who has thousands and thousands of visits, but I have reached key people with each project.

Twitter

Twitter is an excellent tool in the tech world to reach a specialized and non-specialized audience. With the right tags you can reach a good audience.

Product Hunt

Without a doubt ProductHunt is the platform par excellence to launch a product in the tech world, you can meet very interesting people who can help you in many aspects, testing your application, collaborating with it and even funds to continue growing.

TaVivo first launch https://landing.tavivo.do

This release brought new users and back then they were at 60

Reddit

Reddit is another great place where you can tell people you have a project on your hands, this helps others find you online and put your name on the map in communities.

For example, you can enter into:

r/SideProject
r/SideProject: r/SideProject is a subreddit for sharing and receiving constructive feedback on side projects.
r/coolgithubprojects
r/coolgithubprojects: Sharing Github projects just got easier!
r/opensource
r/opensource: A subreddit for everything [open source](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source) related.

There are other alternatives that you can use and that, like these, are very good. If you have any in particular, you can contact me and let me know via Twitter https://twitter.com/alhidalgodev ☺️
